A family favorite.  Aged in 60% stainless steel and 40% oak barrels to produce a fresh, bright wine with clean melon flavors and ample fruit.  The fruit, our only non-local pick, is from Dry Creek in Sonoma County.

 
   
   

Laced with subtle hints of pear, pineapple and peach, these grapes went straight from the vine to the press.  They were aged in stainless steel with zero skin time and 100% malolactic fermentation.
This wine is bright, crisp, and refreshing with lingering acids on the palate.

 
   
   

 

Enticing floral aromas and luscious soft mouthfeel. Subtle flavors of oak, honey, and
toasty graham, followed by a smooth finish.  This chardonnay was barrel fermented, 100% malolactic fermentation, and given prolonged lees contact and stirring (batonnage) to generate a more fruitful flavor.
   
   

Rich black cherry flavor with a pinch of cinnamon and vanilla, and toasted oak “Grandpa’s Tobacco Pipe” aromas with a melt-in-your-mouth soft texture and velvet finish.

The vigorous Syrah grapes thrive in our Livermore Valley’s warm weather, yielding a smooth, well-rounded wine with warm blackberry and currant flavors, hints of earthiness, and a lingering spicy finish.

 

   

This Livermore Cabernet surpasses expectations with rich cherry and blackberry flavor, hints of earthy tones, and a smooth velvet finish with a touch of pepper.

This sensuous, full body wine is made in the true Portuguese fashion.  Touriga and Souzou grapes are blended to result in a full body dessert wine.
